Lesley is an aspiring actress, who, after a series of unpromising extra roles on television programmes such as Crossroads, is offered what she believes to be her big break as the adventurous Travis in a new film for the West German market.  However, things are not quite what they seem.

Following their previous two successful productions of Talking Heads monologues, Jenny, Monika and Ruth are excited to present Her Big Chance during October and November at venues across West Somerset, with all profits going to the cancer charity Secondary First

Here are a few sound bites from two sell-out performances at New Place, Bossington:

‘It is a minor masterpiece, performed sublimely and enhanced by musical interludes carefully and cleverly selected and superbly played.’  Sir Roger Carrick

‘Such amazing talents – highly recommended.’  DH

‘Outstanding performance.’ VS
