Bill Hogg has kindly donated a Christmas tree and George and Joan Burnell’s daughters have given permission for the tree to be located on the forecourt/old petrol pump area, to give the centre of the village a festive feel. We are looking for decorations for the tree, so if anyone has spare baubles or outdoor lights that they could donate they would be greatly appreciated. A working party will get together on Friday afternoon at approx 3.00pm to erect and decorate the tree. Skye’s bar will be open earlier than usual for ‘tree celebration’ drinks afterwards.
