100 Club

Wootton Courtenay Village Hall 100 Club

The Wootton Courtenay Village Hall 100 Club is a simple raffle club, limited to 100 members, which is designed to offer 50% of its income to members as prizes and 50% to the village hall to support running costs. Members of the club will have a chance to win one of three monthly prizes of £30.00, £20.00 or £12.50. A single annual subscription of £15.00 per membership, enables the Club to make a donation of £750 per annum to the village hall to help with running expenses.

The draws take place once a month, starting at the end of January, and cash prizes will be delivered to the winners’ homes. The January draw may be delayed until all subscriptions have been collected.

The 100 Club complies with the relevant Lotteries Act, and the 100 Club books are inspected annually. Click here to read the rules. Accounts are available to view at the Village Hall Annual General Meeting, or at any agreed time.

Please click here to download and print off the 2024 application form, making sure to SIGN and DATE it. Enclose with a cheque or cash in an envelope, or make an online bank transfer to the Wootton Courtenay Village Hall account number: 07000271 sort code 30-95-66, using YOUR NAME as the REFERENCE.

You can deliver it to Nicky or Daphne (see contact details below), or leave it in the box in the Wootton Courtenay Villagers’ Stores, before the end of January 2024.
