That woman (Hepburn) is Her Royal Highness Princess Ann on a goodwill tour of Europe, and Joe realises he may have a scoop story by not revealing he is a reporter. They spend a day together, during which the Princess escapes from the constraints of royal life and they begin to fall in love…
