A short section of the road through the middle of the village will be closed to all through traffic from Wednesday 31st May to Friday 2nd June, for water supply network maintenance. Wessex Water has sent letters to local people, so this is just a reminder.
The closure will be on Ranscombe Road, between the church and Manor Farm. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted, and those living in the vicinity of the works will have pedestrian access to their properties. Water supplies in the village should not be affected.
