The Flower & Produce Show was a resounding success yesterday! Thank you to everyone who took part. A big thank you to Veronica Clegg and her committee, and a special thank you to the refreshments team and the judges’ stewards, who did a brilliant job.
The hanging baskets look wonderful on the front of the village hall. Unfortunately, they didn’t end up in the auction, so they are still there. If you brought a basket to the hall, could you please collect it by the weekend, if possible? I will either rehome or dispose of any left after that.
A gallery of photographs will be posted on the website in due course, and I will send out an email with a link when it’s ready.
Below are some items left behind in the hall. If you recognise any as yours, they will be in the village shop so just drop in next time you’re passing.
