Just to let you know that the message you received about the nuisance car alarm was a general email sent out to all village email recipients, and was not directed at you personally. The message was sent out during the day because the alarm was causing a nuisance and needed to be stopped as soon as possible.
Apologies to anyone who thought we were accusing them of owning the vehicle, as this was not the case.
The owner has been in touch, I’m glad to say, and the situation has been resolved.
