Having shifted the chest freezer across to the opposite wall of the shop, we’ve decided to make better use of it. We need to start by emptying it out, and although I’ve run down a lot of the frozen food, we still have a large batch of frozen Glenmore cakes that need to go. There are chocolate cakes and fruit cakes. It seems a shame just to chuck them, so if anyone can make use of them, either just defrosted and served with some cream or ice cream, maybe made into a delicious trifle, or any other clever ideas, please do come and help yourselves.
We would just ask for a small donation of a £1 per cake to help towards re-stocking the freezer with more useful products.
Many thanks,
Sarah
