You may have read in the paper or seen online that Richard Scatchard (also known as Richard Dunlop), who lives in Blenheim Road in Minehead, is wanted by police in relation to an ongoing murder enquiry. He is at large and is considered to be a risk to the public. Somerset & Avon Police have issued a letter, which includes a photograph of Scatchard and details which may help identify him, in the hope that someone may have seen him locally.
