Wootton Courtenay Film Club Christmas Matinee: 2.00pm, Tuesday 12th December 2023
The Film Club was keen to offer a Christmas film matinee, the only problem being…we couldn’t decide which film to show! So, we carried out a straw poll across a number of villagers, and the winner was ‘Get Santa’, a heartwarming British comedy starring Jim Broadbent and Rafe Spall. (‘The Great Escaper’ was a very popular second choice, therefore we are planning to show that in the new year).
Please come along on the 12th December. There will be mulled wine and mince pies from 2.00pm and the film will start at 2.30pm. Christmas hats and jumpers are optional!
