Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who has donated special Christmas items to the food cupboard, it’s full to the brim again in no time at all!
With Christmas just around the corner, I have been sourcing a few seasonal pickles, patés, cheeses, mince pies, Christmas puds and cakes. Along with the delicious cheese biscuits, cheese twists, local ham, plus the scrumptious Farmhouse biscuits that we already stock, and not forgetting our pots of honey produced in the village, it will be easy to put a lovely Christmas hamper together, either as a gift or to enjoy over the holiday period.
In addition to the food, we now have a larger selection of beautifully hand crafted goods and stunning cards/prints by Ingrid Popplewell (from photographs taken on her walks locally), perfect for special gifts to your loved ones.
