You may remember Anne Scullard and David Pitts, who lived in Rose Cottage. Anne is passionate about working with nature in a sustainable way, and I was always fascinated by the way she would forage rhubarb stalks from our garden and use them to make a natural dye for her handmade silk ribbons. The result was the creation of the most beautiful, natural colours, and in this talk she will tell us exactly how that miracle happened!
