It’s been a whole year! Mark and I are feeling really happy and we’re loving living in Wootton Courtenay. It’s been so lovely getting to know you all. We can’t thank you all enough for your support and kindness with all our new ventures, and patience as we continue to learn our new trade.
The bar is buzzing on Friday nights and the coffee mornings are being well attended, with lots of chatting and laughter. The garden is all set up for outdoor drinks, and we’re just hoping the weather warms up so we can all enjoy it through the summer months.
The latest Exmoor magazine has been delivered with its usual mix of great editorials and beautiful photos of the local area. Also, our talented ceramicist (Helen Jones) has brought in a fabulous new range of products, which are now displayed in the shop window.
We are looking forward to the village hall gathering to talk about future ideas and hear any suggestions you may have.

Skye’s Bar is open as usual on Friday evening: 5pm – 9pm
Saturday opening hours are 9am – 12pm, cash only and no coffee morning
Shop is closed Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday
Please note: Sunday and Monday paper vouchers need to picked up by Friday, if you wish to use them elsewhere.
