We would like to thank Roger Carrick, Chris Binnie and Patrick Hoyte for their extremely well researched, informative and entertaining talk on The History of Wootton Courtenay. It was well attended by an appreciative audience who donated a generous £250 to the retiring collection. This will go to two worthy causes: The Air Ambulance and the RNLI.
The warmth of the atmosphere that permeated the hall last night was yet another reminder of how lucky we are to live in such a lovely village.
