The Wootton Courtenay Theatre Club is pleased and proud to present the National Theatre’s outstanding production of ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’. On 14th April at 7pm for 7.30 in the village hall we will be screening this lauded production of Oscar Wilde’s most famous play, starring Sharon D Clarke as Lady Bracknell and Ncuti Gatwa as Algernon. Described by one villager – who has been lucky enough to see the production already – as ‘exactly how Oscar would have wanted it’, you wouldn’t want to miss this fabulous event.
