The National Grid team still need to obtain a couple of tree-trimming permissions along Fairgarden Road, so it has been decided to switch to Brockwell Lane on Monday 30th June (see map below). To clarify, Brockwell Lane will be closed from next Monday.
New Road will be open from next Monday.
When work on Brockwell Lane is finished, the team will move onto the Church to Brockwell Lane section, which includes the road outside the village shop. You will be notified when this road closure is due to start.
Fairgarden Road (leading downhill from the shop) will be left until last.
