September at the Regal Theatre looks intriguing, with the Nordic Noir psychological thriller ‘Unmoored’ screening on Tuesday, 2nd Sept at 7:30pm. It’s based on the novel ‘The Living and the Dead in Winsford’ and tells the story of a Swedish TV presenter whose life is turned upside down, leading to a flight to Exmoor (where much of the film is shot).
With a variety show, comedy night, David Attenborough screening, and tribute acts featuring the music of Fleetwood Mac and the Beatles, there’s plenty more on offer as we drift towards autumn.
