Amid all the thanks from Ruth Walker to everyone who enjoyed last week’s Roman Feast, there were two glaring omissions, understandably! However, without the imagination, vision, enthusiasm and remarkable ability of Ruth to persuade people to do things, there would never have been the tribute to Rome.
As for Terry: master Shield Maker, right hand man and chef extraordinaire. Terry, to achieve the great taste we all enjoyed, spent many hours testing and sampling meatball recipes. So, if you are thinking of inviting him to dinner, DO NOT OFFER MEATBALLS!
