The Village Clean Up is on Saturday 6th December, meeting at 10am at the church steps.
This is an annual event to clear the drains and tidy up the village, and it is especially important now that we don’t have a Village Lengthsman. It helps to prevent surface flooding during winter downpours. It would be excellent if lots of people came to help out with this most worthwhile activity. Please come dressed in high-vis clothing, and bring brooms, spades, rakes and any other useful implements for this task.
