For the last few weeks the contents of someone’s brown food recycling bin has been dragged/emptied out onto the lawn behind Barley Close (Lower Town). The food waste appears overnight, is spread around on Tuesday mornings and has regularly been cleared up by my Dad, Barry Fowler. I witnessed it myself this Tuesday morning and cleared the mess up.
It is a mystery where the food waste comes from and how it is moved there in the first place as there has been no brown bin visible (it could be a fox). This week the mess included red paper napkins, if that helps identify whose food waste it is.
Please can I politely request that brown food bins around Barley Close are put out for collection on Tuesday mornings rather than Mondays for a few weeks, to try and stop this reoccurring.
