I am very excited to announce that the Somerset Health & Wellbeing survey is now live and will run until Monday 27th April. Anyone who is a resident in Somerset and aged 18+ is welcome to take part.
The survey covers a range of topics, including physical activity, mental health and wellbeing, smoking and vaping, alcohol and substance use, gambling, oral health, NHS Health Checks and how people access health information.
There is a chance to win a £50 shopping voucher for completing the survey. The survey takes between 15 – 18 minutes to complete. Click here to go to the survey.
