It’s that time of year, the ‘season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’, with a nod to John Keats, when we celebrate harvest. On Sunday 6th October, at 6pm in All Saints’ Church, there will be a Harvest Festival Service, followed by Wootton Courtenay’s famous Harvest Supper in the village hall.
The light and traditional supper is followed by a plethora of homemade puddings. Please sign up in the villagers’ stores if you’re coming to the supper – this is just so we know how many places to lay up. Everyone is invited and warmly welcome – so please join us and be safely gathered in.
