Hi everyone,

Yet again a big thank you for all your orders and wonderful comments.  Here are this week’s delicious menus for Thursday’s and Sunday’s trailers.

Thursday 7th May, Collection 5.00 – 6.00pm

Please preorder by 12.00pm on Wednesday 6th May 

Vietnamese poached duck leg or chicken in an Asian broth (aromatic flavours, not spicy, with star anise, cinnamon bark, lemon grass, ginger, shallots) served with egg noodles, Withycombe asparagus, baby corn, hoisin, ginger, garlic and homegrown fresh coriander (GF)   £7.00

Claires Kitchen luxury chilli-con-carne (made with strips of beef, pancetta, red wine, fresh chillies, coriander and smoked paprika) served with guacamole, homegrown salad and rice (GF) (not too spicy in flavour)   £7.00

Aubergine Parmigiana served with homegrown salad and minted new potatoes (GF) (can be vegan)  £6.50

Homemade profiteroles with chocolate and salted caramel £2.50

 

Sunday Lunch, Collection 12.30pm – 1.10pm

Please preorder by 5.00pm on Friday 8th May

Slowly-roasted pork loin served with sage and sweetcorn stuffing, goosefat roasties, seasonal veg, crackling and a delicious porky gravy (can be GF)   £7.00

Greek-style roast chicken with oregano, garlic, olive oil and sea salt, with tray bake roasted potatoes, peppers, onions and smoked paprika, served with homegrown salad and tzatziki (GF)  £7.00

Vegetable moussaka (this is requested a lot) served with homegrown salad   £6.50

Lemon curd and raspberry meringue roulade (this is one of my favs)   £2.50
