Slow Roasted Pork with a ginger tomato ketchup (the pork is brined for 24 hours then cooked overnight in the Aga), served with an Icebox salad (a delicious salad with parmesan, spring onions and peas), and sweet potato and potato wedges with smoked paprika (GF) £8.00
