What is Transformative Yoga Nidra?
Online Yoga Nidra sessions are beautiful, guided relaxation sessions to help you find a deep state of relaxation and healing. It is considered that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restful as 4 hours of conventional sleep. It’s a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation creating a state of mind in-between wakefulness and dreaming; also known as ‘Conscious Sleep’.
Zoom Evening Sessions
In the comfort of your own home you can take this opportunity to have some valuable time out to unwind and balance after your day; helping you to feel more relaxed in yourself, and preparing you for a better night’s sleep. It is particularly valuable in these current times as it is so supportive, stabilising, and health enhancing. The sessions will involve me gently guiding you step-by-step through deep relaxations and healings.
Sessions last 30 – 40 mins. This involves your meditative relaxation with some preparation and completion time.
