A big thank you from Wootton Courtenay Parish Council to all the people who could give their time to help with the village clean up on Saturday. After bacon butties at the village hall we set out for the clear up. Everybody worked very hard, clearing drains and tidying up. Special thanks goes to Robert Bilson and his trusty mule who helped the working party to remove the debris from the gully down the hill to lower town. Also to Phillip Douglas for allowing such debris to be put on his land. Before and after photos attached. It was hard going but it has made a great improvement.
Once again thank you to all.
