We would like to thank Ian Stewart for sharing with us his knowledge and personal expertise on the sewers of London. His talk was much appreciated by an audience of around 80 people and gave us yet another enjoyable village evening. Thank you, Ian.

May we extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who came to the talk at the village hall on Tuesday evening. Ian meant to thank everyone on the night but after question time, he forgot to do this. He was bowled over by the amount of people who came to support him and was so very grateful to you all for being so encouraging and full of praise. Truly humbled by people’s kindness!
To top it off, the retiring collection for the RNLI totalled a whopping £315! A great contribution to such a worthy cause.
