When I don’t stretch & move my body for a few days, I know about it! There are the physical niggles – tight muscles, stiffer joints…
Yoga eases out all of these tight spots, and strengthens my weaker areas. Yoga also gives me precious time to stop moving too. To be really still – and to loosen the grip that my thoughts have on things too.
