Monday 9th October
Our next ‘Thinking Allowed’ will be on Monday 9th October, 6.30 for 7pm at the Villagers’ Stores. Drinks available from 6.30pm. The theme will be, ‘Just because we can, should we?’ In this we will be considering the rich and creative world in which we live and exploring whether there are limits to human inventiveness, especially if our discoveries and inventions can bring harm to others and/or ourselves. How are such decisions made? Notes will be posted during the course of the week.
