Sunday Bistro Lunch at Dunkery Beacon Country House

Dunkery Beacon Country House welcomes the return of Claire’s Kitchen to offer a special Sunday bistro lunch menu.
 
Andy & Tanya are excited to welcome Claire and her team back to the Dunkery Beacon Country House in Wootton Courtenay, to offer the first of a number of different pop-up culinary delights for the year.  To accompany Claire’s great food, our licensed bar will be available for diners throughout the afternoon.  Tables are limited and reservations are requested on a pre-order basis.

Mains

  • Slowly roasted (six hour) brisket of beef, served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, parsnips, seasonal vegetables, and a delicious beefy jus [£16.95]
  • Classic coq-au-vin (chicken marinated with red wine, rosemary, garlic) slowly cooked and served with roast potatoes, parsnips, seasonal vegetables and a pancetta, shallot, and mushroom reduction  [£15.95]
  • CK’s ultimate Brixham crab sandwich served on sourdough with a salad garnish and gastro chips  [£12.95]
  • Homemade asparagus quiche with minted new potatoes, rainbow salad, and homemade coleslaw    [£12.95]
  • Vegan falafel, roasted vegetable and grains Buddha bowl with a vibrant dressing served with minted new potatoes with vegan butter    [£12.95]
