It has come to my attention that some upcoming additional works in the Timberscombe area that were being organised by one of my colleagues resulted in additional letters being sent to some of the village for the 11th of September.
The incident number on these letters was 17902-t and the time was 09:00-17:00.
Please be advised that these works have been cancelled and will be rearranged in the future, and further letters will be sent.
Cancellation letters have been sent to everyone who received that letter, but I wanted to also put the information out via the village email system to clarify the situation.
All the other letters that were sent are still valid for the residents of Fairgarden Road on the 11th. Those works will still be going ahead.
