Thinking Allowed gathers next Monday in Skye’s Bar and the Villagers’ Stores, 6.30 for 7. Drinks available from 6.30.
Our topic will be exploring the value of tradition. ‘When can tradition be liberating and when can it be stifling? What role does it play in the way it organises society and our lives?’ are the kind of questions that may arise, but who knows where we will end up? All are welcome to join us on our journey.
At this meeting we will continue to collect contributions towards our use of the shop, the heating over the winter and the use of the garden over the summer – all generously offered by Sarah and Mark. Suggested contribution is £5 for the year or £1 for each meeting.
