The plant table is up and running again on the driveway at Crockford House. There is a sign on the roadside just after you pass the house, so come and take a look (behind the car in the driveway). It’s the ideal opportunity to get some colour into your pots and borders for the rest of the summer.
Almost everything on the table is in flower – penstemons, crocosmias, geraniums, verbenas and fuchsias – so you can see exactly what you’re getting. There’s also Artimisia maritima, whose foliage smells of coca-cola, and lots of drought-tolerant, blue-flowered Sisyrinchium, which caused a lot of interest when the Gardening Club held a spring event this year (photo above).
Payment is by cash in the box on the wall. Thank you!
