Following on from the Beaver Talk in the Village Hall on Tuesday evening, Mathieu is happy to give Wootton Courtenay residents a tour of the beaver enclosure at Holnicote. This would involve meeting at the National Trust Estate Office at Holnicote at 6:30pm for a briefing and talk, then walking to the enclosure (about a third of a mile) where we would be shown the beaver dams and lodge. We would then wait quietly for 45 minutes or so to see if the beavers emerge (no guarantees) before walking back again. The visit is likely to end at about 8:30pm.
The charge would be £15 per person.
