Our village email address provider, Namecheap, experienced a major outage around lunchtime yesterday (Thursday) due to a power and cooling system failure at a core data centre in Phoenix, Arizona. Currently no messages are getting through to us here at the website. My personal email has also been affected.
If you sent a message yesterday intended for the village email, I’m sorry to say it won’t have arrived because of this service failure. Emergency maintenance is apparently underway at the data centre, and once things are up and running again I will put out any village messages which arrive.
