The Merida Ex (www.the-ex.co.uk) mountain bike event will be returning to the hills surrounding Minehead on Friday 11th – Sunday 13th September 2026.
The event is once again small in nature, with a maximum of 80 riders taking part. We believe this will minimise the impact on other trail users and the environment, while offering the participants an amazing experience.
We have obtained permission from all landowners concerned and will follow their strict instructions with regard to marking, demarking and usage of land. All necessary insurances are in place.
Notification signs will go up over the next few weeks, to let other trail users know about the event. Our intention is to mark the courses from Sunday 6th September onwards, and we will make sure that all trail markings are removed by end of play on Sunday 13th September.
