This year’s ‘Promoting Health and Wellbeing’ event will be taking place on Wednesday 24th October from 10am – 12.30pm, at Minehead Job Centre.
The event is aimed at helping the community of West Somerset focus on – and improve – their personal health and wellbeing.
The event will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals to meet face-to-face with representatives from a range of community organisations and groups, who will be offering exciting opportunities to develop confidence, self-esteem and health and wellbeing. Specialist support agencies are also in attendance to provide advice and support.
