On Monday 27th we will resume the Film Club with a strong feature. The film is based on the true story of a black police officer who infiltrated the Ky Klux Klan. BlackKKlansman isn’t as scary as it sounds, and more easily watchable than Ebbing Missouri.
As this is the start of a new season we will offer the same deal for membership: £30 up front for six films, or £6 on the door. The hall now has black-out features and the sound equipment has an additional speaker to improve the delivery of dialogue.
Volunteers: If there are people who can help on ticket sales and ice cream, we need you more than usual. If there is a rush on membership sign-ups on Monday night the front desk will be busy.
