This Sunday, 17th May, at 11am is the last ‘Songs of Praise’ at All Saints’ Church, Wootton Courtenay, until the autumn. This makes me a little sad because ‘Songs of Praise’ is definitely our most fun service (perhaps I should get out more?). However, in June, July and August, we do have fabulous Sung Evensong, supported by ‘Friends in Harmony’ from Porlock.
So, this Sunday is the last chance to join us for ‘Songs of Praise’ until September. We have poetry, a thought and singing – lots of singing – of hymns chosen by the congregation.
If you’ve ever wondered what happens behind the venerable walls of All Saints’, please come and join us to find out. Refreshments are served after the service.
