Many thanks to all who attended and made the Dickensian Feast such a success and to those who generously donated although they were unable to attend. What an amazing village this is.
Thanks also to all who helped in the planning, preparation and delivery of the event, from those who sold tickets and decorated hats to those who decorated the hall, cooked and served the food, acted in the sketches, supplied the music and cleared up afterwards. I’m very pleased to report that we raised £1,413 for St Margaret’s Hospice.
