A Talk by Lady Christine Skelmersdale – ‘Tulips: Origins, History and How to Grow’

A reminder that Christine Skelmersdale will be exploring the subject of tulips in her lecture this evening.
There are so many tulips available that choosing what to buy can be confusing. Christine will show us how they evolved, and advise on how best to use them in containers and borders, offering pointers to the more perennial varieties. As the former owner of Broadleigh Bulbs, Christine is a mine of information on the topic and a lively speaker.
As usual, tea and biscuits will be served from 7.00pm, so come and join us!
